JOB TITLE: Supply Sales Support/ Quotation Specialist
JOB DISCRIPTION:  Supply Sales Support/ Quotation Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team, producing timely and accurate quotations, using the company CRM system for reporting and providing/maintaining excellent customer service.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:
1. Work with sales staff to compile data, review and generate request for quotation packages on various industrial, commercial and construction projects. (65%)
A. Acquire bid proposals from suppliers.
B. Identify and have a clear understanding of manufacturer offerings and products.
C. Generate professional and complete quotations for customers.
D. Work with sales team to secure orders.
2. Work with sales staff and management to updated and maintain our CRM system. Track projects, hit rates and generate reporting to determine wins/losses with customers and vendors. (10%)
3. Provide sales support to staff, to ensure effective levels of customer service. (25%)
A. Expedite orders proactively and provide delivery schedules to customers.
B. Ensure orders are entered correctly prior to billing
C. Assist in locating products for customers using available resources.
D. Track and monitor end user special pricing agreements to ensure they remain current.
4. Participate in ongoing product and company wide training.
5. Work with sales staff to process and track utility rebates for internal and external customers.
6. Follow through with direct returns
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1. Excellent time management, organizational and customer service skills.
2. Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities.
3. Respond quickly and effectively to customers’ needs via telephone, email or other media.
4. Establish and maintain long-term, customer relationships by meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
5. Provide a positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendors and co-workers.
6. Proficient in data entry and personal computer applications. Windows, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Familiarity with Eclipse is a plus.
7. Detailed Oriented
8. Self-Starter
9. Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate on projects and work independently.
10. Ability to understand engineering drawing is a plus.

Job Title: Pricing Specialist
Dept/Location: Reynolds Road
Reports To: IT Manager — Robert Rochefort
Incumbent: Brandyn Phelps
Job Summary:  This position handles all price updates, customer contracts and other product file maintenance as necessary, as well as other clerical responsibilities.
Job Duties and Accountabilities: Pricing
O Maintain pricing on all lines both manually and by using PDW tools. O Maintain promotional and customer special pricing. O Print Showroom hang-tags as necessary.
Contracts and Rebates
O Maintain SPA / rebate pricing for all customers and vendors. o Create monthly rebate reports for all vendors and submit claims for payment. O Reconcile vendor credits issued against claims submitted.
PDW Maintenance
o Prepare vendor-provided data for import into PDW. o Synchronize PDW to product file. O Run price and data updates to product file as necessary.
Other Duties
O Assist with ERP software file maintenance. O Assist with maintaining website images, product categories, etc. O Other duties as assigned by manager.
Background Required:
High school diploma.
Experience with Microsoft Windows, spreadsheets and databases. Ability and aptitude to work with a significant amount of detail. Ability to effectively communicate with other people, both internally and externally. Ability to handle confidential information.
Data entry experience.
Knowledge of Eclipse software or experience preferred.
